How custom orders work.
We keep custom orders personal and clear. You share the idea; we confirm what can be made and what it will cost before asking you to pay.
1. Send your details
Choose a product and complete its enquiry form. You can select notebook size, page layout and quantity, and upload a cover image or greeting-card reference where relevant.
2. We review the request
We review the details and may contact you if a file is unclear or an option needs adjustment. An uploaded image is a reference and does not guarantee exact colour reproduction in print.
3. We confirm the quote
We confirm the product, quantity, final price, any shipping charge and estimated preparation/delivery time. You can accept, request a change or decline.
4. Payment and production
Once you accept the quote, we share payment instructions. Production begins after payment and final design/specification approval. At present, the website enquiry form does not collect online payments.
