Delivery confirmation
Before an order is confirmed, Barrack Book Store will contact you to verify the delivery address, product specifications, availability, shipping charge and estimated dispatch/delivery schedule. No delivery date is promised until it has been confirmed for your order.
Custom-made products
Personalised notebooks and greeting cards may require preparation after the cover artwork and specifications are approved. The expected preparation time will be shared before payment.
Shipping charges
Any applicable shipping charge depends on the destination, package and order. The amount will be communicated and accepted by you before payment. The product prices shown on the website are product prices; shipping is confirmed separately.
Address accuracy
Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address, PIN code and contact number. Contact the shop promptly if you need to correct an address before dispatch.
